BushCraft Forces
1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
2. Payments
Full payment must be made prior to the event unless agreed otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations must be agreed in writing
– Deposits may be refunded at our discretion
– Events may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
4. Weather Policy
Events may be postponed or cancelled in cases of severe weather. We will work with you to reschedule where possible.
5. Safety & Supervision
All activities are supervised. Participants must follow instructions at all times.
6. Liability
BushCraft Forces is not liable for minor injuries sustained during participation in outdoor activities, except where caused by negligence.
7. Parental Responsibility
A responsible adult must remain present throughout the event.
8. Behaviour
We reserve the right to stop activities if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
9. Equipment
All equipment is provided and must be used responsibly.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify activities where necessary.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
